Yummy VEGAN Thanksgiving..Very good, filling and healthy!

My Vegan Thanksgiving Menu:

Whipped Sweet Potatoes (made with almond milk and vegan butter)
Whipped Mashed Potates (made with almond milk, vegan butter, cinnamon and sugar)
Fresh corn off the cob
Stuffing (made with celery, bread, veggie broth and onions)
Roasted Green beans and carrots
Balsamic roasted brussel sprouts

Desert: Vegan Pumpkin Cheesecake with Vegan Whip Cream (made with coconut milk and sugar)

You can truly be thankful when no one had to be harmed to create your meal.
